Once you send your resume at hr@prismagicinc.com and if everything is cool about your profile, we will invite you to our office and you will undergo a swift selection process:
You’ll meet with one of our colleague from the People Team, who will introduce you to Prismagic and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She/He will be with you throughout the process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the leader of the department as well to make sure that you like us as much as we like you.
You have the opportunity to ask us anything, from shift times to where we eat and what we do when we have nothing to do. You will undergo a verbal or online technical/functional screening.
We let you know what we think about your abilities. No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think and we do this because we think this is fair. It is not always you, sometimes it could be us – who would fail to make a space for your talent – So no sleep lost, we will let you know the feedback.
