- 12 to 15 experience with Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT and 4 to 5 experience as application Architect
- Provides Technical thought leadership and hands-on technical architecture design for the application.
- Develops architecture to implement application requirements, including performance, scalability, security and manageability
- Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure
- Providing technical leadership to the application development team
- Performing design and code reviews
- Ensuring that uniform enterprise-wide application design standards are maintained
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements
- Experience working on JAVA/J2EE and Microservices Enabled Environments
- Works in collaboration with Application tech leads implement common standards, pattern, and practices
- Mentors developers, devops engineers in the team.
- Provide technical guidance to the team and jumps during critical juncture to support the delivery team to meet deadline
- Participate Design and Code reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong experience Microservices Architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Ability to work in collaboration across time zones, cultural boundaries and with other application leads
- Ability to drive technical discussion
