- Programming Experience on Allen Bradley (Micrologix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix) and Siemens PLC’s.
- Experience on programming softwares such as RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, TIA Portal
- Experience on OPC such as Kepware, OPC Router, UA Expert, etc.
- Experience on Cognex Vision Systems and RFID integration to PLC.
- Experience on SCADA such as Ignition, Factory Talk SE, Grafana
- Experience on various communication protocols such as Modbus TCP/IP, Ethernet IP, Profinet, MQTT, REST, OPC UA, OPC DA.
- Experience on SQL Server.
- Experience on KUKA & ABB Robot integration to PLC
- Programming PLC’s (Allen-Bradley/Siemens) and Robots (Kuka and ABB / Others)
- Experience with servo control systems, extensive experience with analog and digital sensors for process control
- Provide Daily reports
- DFMA knowledge
