Job Description:

• Seasoned professional with excellent communication skills. Good to have Spanish language skills
• Should be able to present status to customer (well versed with ppt and excel)
• Should have managed team and be able to guide them technically
• Innovative thinker, should be able to re-plan lab audits dynamically
• Should be able to work around Rogers people to get the information
• Should be able to share status reports of onsite work done and raise red flags immediately
• Should have managed labs in CSP environment and understands the lab management processes (inventory, configuration, others)
• Should have knowledge about lab management and debugging tools
• Knowledge in telecom area (preferably should have testing knowledge in Wireless or Wireline or VoIP)
• Should have working knowledge about equipment in datacom, wireless, voice, video, etc. and should be familiar with some well-known OEMs like Cisco, Juniper, Ericsson, Nokia,….
• Should be able to collect and understand various process related metrics, testing related metrics, others and ask any clarifications
• Should be able to work in different time zones UK, India, Spain, Canada
