Responsibilities:

• Strong hands on analytical and problem-solving ability
• Able to manage short term challenges and obstacles as well as keeping a focus on the long term strategic and product innovation needs
• Collaborate with feature and component leads during design and development phases.
• Owner of the Technical Requirement document with input from various module leads.
• Design and develop proof of concepts for advanced features on request of management.
• Provide technical oversight and code reviews for multiple sub-component teams.
• Have experience with agile development practices and a great team builder and player

Experience/Requirements:

• At least 6 years hands-on experience in product development using C/C++ on embedded Linux.
• Experience in writing middleware software.
• Must have experience using tools such as Jira, SVN, Code Collaborator.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Effective communication and working skills.
• Experience working with Smart phone apps (iOS or Android)

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Master’s Degree preferred
